Babies & Kids
It is possible for you to feed your baby at the conference. There will be a room where you can breastfeed, or bottle-feed, re-heat food in a microwave and change nappies.
For those who have older kids, we are organizing childcare (for parents to pay) so that kids can be looked after at the conference. However you have to tell us!! Else it'll be hard to plan.

Access
The conference venue is fully accessible to people with reduced mobility and wheelchairs. If you have any questions do let us know at ehbea2024-conference@umontpellier.fr
Food
Everything will be veggie for lunch breaks!
